01Using FaxPro
These terms apply to your use of the FaxPro app and this website. “FaxPro”, “we”, and “us” refer to the service operator. Use the service only if you can agree to these terms or have any legally required permission from a parent or guardian. Your use must comply with applicable law.
02The service and your documents
FaxPro lets you prepare documents and send faxes using third-party fax infrastructure. Features, supported destinations, and availability can change. You are responsible for your documents, having permission to send them, verifying recipient numbers, and checking every page before sending. You retain your rights to your content and authorize only the processing necessary to provide the requested service.
03Acceptable use
Do not send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, unsolicited, or infringing material. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its security, bypass purchase or credit controls, or attempt unauthorized access. Respect the recipient’s rights and all applicable rules for fax communications. Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address misuse or legal requirements, subject to applicable consumer law.
04Credits, subscriptions, and payments
The app is free to download; fax sending requires credits. Review the purchase screen for current prices, billing periods, included credits, any renewal rules, and applicable conditions before confirming. Do not assume that one credit equals one page or that every destination costs the same. The app shows the required credits for the proposed fax.
Purchases are processed by Apple using your Apple Account. For auto-renewing subscriptions, payment and renewal follow the terms displayed at purchase and Apple’s applicable rules. Manage or cancel through your Apple subscription settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation generally prevents a future renewal rather than reversing a completed purchase. Refund eligibility is governed by Apple’s policies and applicable law. See subscription management and refund requests. These terms do not override mandatory consumer rights.
05Delivery and availability
Delivery depends on internet connectivity, the fax provider, telephone networks, and the recipient’s fax system. A submission or queued status is not confirmation of delivery. Check the final status and confirm receipt directly for important or time-sensitive documents. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, an exact delivery time, or acceptance of a fax by a particular organization. Keep copies and allow time for another delivery method when needed.
06Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains document transmission, permissions, service providers, retention, and your choices. Third-party services, including the App Store and fax infrastructure, have their own applicable terms and policies. This website provides product information; it does not accept documents for fax transmission.
07App license and intellectual property
The app is licensed, not sold. The Apple Standard End User License Agreement applies to the app license unless a valid custom license is provided. These terms supplement that license for use of the service and website. The app, website, branding, and related materials remain protected by intellectual property law. Do not reproduce or distribute them without permission except where the law permits.
08Responsibility and your legal rights
Use reasonable care when preparing and sending documents. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without promises of error-free operation or suitability for every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, limits mandatory consumer remedies, or removes your rights under applicable law.
09Changes and contact
